A brand new "How To" trailer has been released by Atlus for the Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection! The intro trailer reveals the remastered collection, in addition to various collections of features that were not available in the Nintendo DS versions of the games.

The first and most prominent of the brand new additions are the various new difficulty settings available to players. The new Picnic mode is considered the game's easy mode. It makes it possible for players to easily experiment and come up with their own ideas without putting them through as much strain. A new auto-mapping mode has also been included, which enables players to concentrate more on discovery and exploration as the game fills in floors and walls on the map automatically.

In addition to this, the collection includes improved picture and audio quality, as well as a new widescreen aspect ratio that is compatible with contemporary technology. 

Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection will officially be launching on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on June 1, 2023.
