It's been an incredibly eventful week for sports fans. Following the reveal of player ratings for EA's
Madden NFL 20 and 2K's
NBA 2K20, EA Sports is back again. This time they've released a trailer for NHL 20, highlighting the many gameplay improvements and innovations in this year's game.
The trailer specifically focuses on the new RPM Tech, which was introduced in
NHL 19 last year.
NHL 20 uses the same technology and applying it to the hockey stick, resulting in "unprecedented improvements" to shooting, puck pickups, upper body fluidity, and goaltender animation.
From Signature Shots, which showcase the unique styles and attributes of individual players, to contextual shots, which analyzes multiple factors to create more realistic shooting decision,
NHL 20 looks to deliver the most responsive and realistic gameplay in franchise history.
RPM Tech-powered gameplay introduces Signature Shots that replicate your favorite NHL players’ real-world shot styles. Over 45 new shot animations make every attack a threat, and new passing and puck pick-ups create faster, fluid gameplay executed at full speed.
NHL 20 hits the ice on September 13.
