Warriors Orochi is Koei Tecmo and Omega Force's crossover beat 'em up series that brings together characters from the
Dynasty Warriors and
Samurai Warriors franchises. Today we got an official announcement that
Warriors Orochi 4 is on its way and will be welcoming players to the Reign of Zeus.
Warriors Orochi 4 sees the
Warriors being summoned to an alternate dimension and clashing in fierce battles which will feature over a staggering 170 characters from
Dynasty and
Samurai Warriors series. As one of the game's new Actions, players will now be able to use Magic to defeat their enemies.
The Magic Action is a new ability that players will be able to access granted by the godly artifacts: the Sacred Treasures. In
Warriors Orochi 4 all of the
Warriors are gifted with Magic so even if they don't have this ability in their original games, they will still be able to use it here, adding an even wider range of attacks than in previous games.
This latest fusion title features the inaugural appearance of Magic abilities, allowing characters to wield phenomenally powerful and visually impressive attacks against their most challenging foes.
Warriors Orochi 4 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One on the 16th of October.
