A new video game is set to be released this summer! NIS America began streaming a gameplay trailer for the Raiden III x MIKADO MANIAX game on Tuesday. The trailer reveals that the game will launch on June 6 in North America for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, as well as on June 9 in Europe and Oceania for PC via Steam.

The first day of availability for the game on consoles will be February 23 in Japan.
The modernized version of the classic arcade shoot 'em up game will have new gameplay elements such as the ability to pilot two ships at the same time, vertical screen play, score assault, and boss rush. In addition to that, there will be online play and rankings. Both the original music and the music that has been remixed will be made available.
There will be a limited edition that can be purchased, and it will include a poster, an acrylic phone stand, and two discs of the soundtrack.
In 2005, the first iteration of the Raiden III arcade game was released. This year, on January 31, the video game Raiden IV x MIKADO remix was made available for purchase by NIS America.
