Psyonix has collaborated with Beat Games Studio to bring content representative of
Rocket League and
Beat Saber to their respective games — Monstercat are also involved.
Beat Saber is a musical virtual-reality game in which players are tasked with swinging lightsabers to the beat of a song. As of this week, Beat Saber players can now slice to the tune of tracks from the car-soccer video game — it's called the
"Rocket League x Monstercat Music Pack," and is a paid DLC.
On the
Rocket League side of things, new cosmetics have been added in the form of a topper and boost trail. You can now place one of the beat-blocks from
Beat Saber atop your battle car and also make it so you spew out many of those blocks when boosting.
Rocket League, Monstercat, and Beat Saber, the hit music/rhythm virtual reality game, have joined forces for a siiick collab with in-game content available now in both games. Select songs from Rocket League are now live in Beat Saber with the Rocket League x Monstercat Music Pack. Plus, free in-game items inspired by Beat Saber are now available in Rocket League.
