Similar to what Disney and Lucasfilm do for the various films and shows set in the Star Wars universe, EA and Respawn Entertainment are hoping to keep significant plot details for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order under wraps until launch.
And with the game set to launch by the end of the week, EA has revealed some new measures they are taking to prevent spoilers. Namely, via the Origin Insider Twitter account, they've confirmed that there won't be "early/timed" access for Origin Access members.
Normally, the publisher offers a ten-hour trial for upcoming games to Origin Access Basic and EA Access subscribers, while Origin Access Premier subscribers would usually get access to the full game about a week before launch. However, in a bid curb spoilers such incentives won't be available for Fallen Order.
Of course, to try and make up for this change, EA will gift Origin Access members with special cosmetics for BD-1 and the Stinger Mantis ship all for no extra cost.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is currently scheduled to launch on November 15, 2019.
