STORM BOY Gets Melancholic Trailer And An Official Release Date

Based on the classic children's novel by Colin Thiele, Storm Boy makes its console debut this November, and today we get a melancholic trailer that shows off some gameplay.

Storm Boy is an interactive storytelling game developed and published by Blowfish Studios coming out for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, iOS, and Android. The game is based on the children's novel(Storm Boy) written by Australian author Colin thiele in 1964.

The game will be taking place on the beaches of South Australia near the mouth of the Murray River, and tells the story of a boy who becomes friends with Mr.Percival, one of the pelican chicks he rescued and adopted.

Storm Boy will have players taking control of both the boy and Mr.Percival, and will see them reliving some key moments found in the Colin Thiele novel, like when they rescued stranded sailors during a storm.

Today we get a new trailer for the game showing off some gameplay, as well as an official release date for the game, and Storm Boy will be releasing for all available consoles on the 20th of November.

Storm Boy is about the dreams and memories of a young adventurous boy whom we join as he has the time of his life running, playing and getting into all kinds of mischief on the beaches of South Australia near the mouth of the Murray River.
