UPDATE: Heaps Of Battle Royale Evidence Discovered In CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE Game Files

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC for almost a month's time. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 included a battle royale and there were countless rumours and supposed leaks which claimed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare would also feature the popular multiplayer mode.

However, the game is out now and doesn't seem to include any mention of a battle royale — or does it? Recently, a dataminer delved deep into the game files of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and discovered an incredible amount of evidence which implies that a battle royale game mode is in the works.

Courtesy of Reddit user Senescallo, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare battle royale would supposedly feature an enormous map which consists of fifteen different, large, and varied zones. As well, the mode would support up to 200 players at once. That's pretty significant for a battle royale — Blackout only generously clocking in at about 100.

There's also a bunch of images, weapons, and perks which don't feature anywhere else in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. We'll simply have to wait and see how things play out. In the time being, feel free to head over to the Reddit post to read up on more of the supposed battle royale details.

UPDATE: The aforementioned images which formerly featured in the Reddit post have been removed.  As for the details on that, it's more than likely that Infinity Ward or Activision took action and had them taken down — which only adds credence to the leak. However, that's just speculation and the leaker could've intentionally removed the images in order to seem more legitimate.
