Get ready to embrace the balance of duality. Warframe developer Digital Extremes has announced that the next Prime Warframe headed to their cooperative third-person action-shooter will be Equinox Prime.
As one can assume, the Equinox Prime will have more armor, health, and energy capacity than Equinox herself. The frame will come with the Stradavar Prime rifle, the Tipedo Prime staff, and more.
As detailed by Digital Extremes, Equinox Prime will maintain its Night and Day forms in final balance. The Stradavar Prime rifle enables you to "call down a devastating finale," while "lithe and lethal" Tipedo Prime allows you to "sever your foes." Prime Accessories include Isabeau Prime Syandana and Narvarr Prime Armor, as well as 90-day boosters for Credit and Affinity.
As always, the Warframe can be farmed in-game through Relics, or you can opt to purchase the Equinox Prime Access. Pricing has not yet been announced, but Prime Access packs are usually priced in three tiers: $49.99, $79.99, and $139.99. Each tier includes access to Equinox Prime, but come with different amounts of Warframe's premium currency.
Equinox Prime Access will roll out on April 2 for PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, as well as PlayStation 4 in America. It will be available for PS4 in Europe and Asia on April 3 and Japan on April 4.
As a reminder, April 2 is also when Mesa Prime Access ends and the warframe enters the vault.
