Just last month, Nintendo accidentally ruined the surprise that a new Kirby Fighters game was coming to the Nintendo Switch, sharing the information on their official website, but not making any official announcements. Later that day, Nintendo officially announced Kirby Fighters 2.
Not only did Nintendo reveal that Kirby Fighters 2 was coming to the Nintendo Switch, as they also made the fighting title available that very same day — giving players a fun little multiplayer fighting game that brought back all of the elements found in the original game that released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2014.
Today Nintendo has managed not to ruin yet another surprise, as they officially announce that Kirby Fighters 2 is getting a playable demo — giving undecided players a chance to try out the game for themselves, and see if they would want to purchase the full version.
The demo for Kirby Fighters 2 will include Chapter I of the game's story mode, as well as both local, wireless, and online multiplayer — which should give players a pretty good idea of what to expect from this fun multiplayer title.
What's even more of a surprise is ththe fact that Nintendo has revealed that Kirby Fighters 2 is already available to download from the Nintendo Switch eShop; at least in the United Kingdom. As of this writing, the demo has not been made available on the North American eShop, so some players will have to keep waiting for a little longer.
