Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit is Nintendo and Velan Studios' unique take on the long-running Mario Kart series, with the developers have taken things one step further, and making this new entry in the series an augmented reality title; giving players a unique way to experience Mario Kart.
For those who may not be aware, Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit allows players to design their own race tracks, and race their own Mario Kart vehicle through their home, and playing the game using the Nintendo Switch in both Tabletop Mode or Handheld Mode.
The developers at Velan Studios have previously revealed that their priority was to make these RC Mario Kart vehicles control exactly like the games, to the point they've even stated that these RC cars have got so much technology packed into them, that they even describe them as a mini console on wheels.
While Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit may not be the Mario Kart 9 that most players and fans of the series have been clamouring for, it is still a Mario Kart title through and through, as players will find most of the features, in terms of gameplay, present in this upcoming AR title.
Ahead of next week's release, Nintendo and Velan Studios have shared a TV spot that sees the fun, and wacky world of Mario Kart come to life in Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit, which will likely make players even more excited for the game's launch.
