The SNK Corporation is a videogame developer and publisher that has been around since the late 70s—developing mostly for arcades in the beginning. While most people tend to recognise the company for their
The King of Fighters series, others remember them for their classic titles on the Neo Geo(Arcade) and on the Nintendo Entertainment System/Famicom.
Now that SNK is celebrating their 40th anniversary, they are releasing a compilation that brings some of the classic Arcade and NES titles in the form of
SNK 40th Anniversary Collection, coming exclusively to the Nintendo Switch in November of this year.
Today, SNK has relased a new trailer that focuses on action-RPG
Crystalis, a game released for the NES all the way back in 1990. As mentioned in the trailer, this is the first time in over 25 years that the game has become available—so fans of the game will finally be able to own it when the collection releases. While the game was never a huge hit amongst players, it is considered a cult classic relished by many fans of the genre.
