The Game Awards 2018 might be something special, as we already learned that Obsidian, the creators of Fallout: New Vegas and Alpha Protocol, will reveal their new RPG, as ColdIron Studios will finally showcase their brand new multiplayer Alien game during the show. That's obviously not all, as even BioWare has announced that they will also be there with some Anthem and Dragon Age 4 reveals.
The guest list for next Thursday’s Game Awards is growing at a staggering rate. We know that Hideo Kojima will show up to possibly release a new Death Stranding trailer, as Mission Impossible: Fallout and Assassin's Creed III composer Lorne Balfe will serve as musical director for the upcoming celebration of gaming. Today, producer Geoff Keighley confirmed another big names for the event.
While the first announcement is crazy exciting, the second one may leave you dumbfounded. The good news is that Joe and Anthony Russo, the directors of Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America: Civil War have been confirmed as presenters at the event, giving Marvel fans hope that they will finally get some big updates on the rumored Guardians of the Galaxy and Avengers games in the near future.
The other news is that Pepé the King Prawn, a Muppet character created for Muppets Tonight and performed by Bill Barretta, will also join Keighley and the rest of the guest at The Game Awards 2018. Considering that Pepé has become one of the most popular Muppet characters that provides comedic relief, we can only guess what this absolute madman will bring to the upcoming show.
