Electronic Arts announced, all the way back in November of 2018, that they were bringing back the
Command & Conquer series of strategy games with a remastered collection; a collection that would release for PC but didn't have an official launch date at the time.
The
Command & Conquer series has been missing in action for quite a while now, and a proper collection remastered in 4K is exactly what it needs in order to introduce the critically acclaimed series to a brand-new generation of players — especially one that brings back the first game and the fan-favourite
Command & Conquer: Red Alert.
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection is also the perfect opportunity to lure back fans that have been disappointed by some head-scratching decisions the developers have made in recent years; let's face it,
Command & Conquer doesn't belong on mobile devices .
Today, Electronic Arts has surprised by releasing the first official trailer for
Command & Conquer Remastered Collection, with the developers revealing some details about the collection, and have also officially revealed that the game will be releasing on Steam and Origin on the
5th of June.
