Nintendo has recently revealed what the schedule for this year's E3 will be, as wel las giving us the exact dates and times their tournaments will be taking place.

Among the events that Nintendo has prepared for the E3, they have scheduled a Splatoon 2 World Championship—which will see 4 teams of four players that represent the USA, Europe, Japan, and Australia—and will begin with the opening rounds on the 11th of June from 3:30-6:00PM P.T. The finals for the Championship will take place on the 12th of June at 1:00PM.

The 2018 E3 Nintendo Direct will also begin on the 12th of June at 9AM P.T in which they will show only games that are slated for this 2018, so chances are that there won't be any big announcements that we don't already know about.

As per usual, the Nintendo Treehouse will be streaming live the whole E3 event and will feature interviews with the developers, as well as showing off some gameplay from upcoming games showcased at the stand, which is definitely worth checking out .

And the main event, or at least the one most Nintendo fans are anticipating, is the Super Smash Bros. Invitational, which is a tournament that will start right after the Splatoon 2 World Championship concludes. The reason for this event being the one everyone is excited about is simple: it will not only have people fighting it out in Super Smash Bros. but it will also introduce us to the new entry in the series—which is also the game that participants of the invitational will be playing—not the Wii U/3DS version.
