Playground Games just launched one of the best-reviewed Xbox One games,
Forza: Horizon 4, and the British studio is already busy, developing a brand new RPG project. Back in April, we reported that "an UK Studio" is working on a
Fable game codenamed "
Wisdom" and even the aforementioned developer has confirmed that they're working on an RPG, with Xbox One X as the leading platform.
Unfortunately, we won't learn more about this mysterious project anytime soon, as Ralph Fulton, Creative Director of Playground Games, revealed in a recent interview with FullThrottle Media that “
it will be a long time before we talk about what we’re doing." According to Fulton, the new Playground division located in Royal Leamington Spa, England is "
doing some great stuff already."
Fulton's statement clearly indicates that Playground Games' brand new game might not be showcased during the upcoming Microsoft's Xbox expo that returns this year with X018 in Mexico City on November 10. The latest rumor has it that this mysterious role-playing game is in fact a proper
Fable 3 sequel that will launch on the Xbox One successor codenamed Scarlett.
