Magic: The Gathering is one of the most famous card games coming from the company, Wizards of the West Coast. Bringing the excitement of fantasy right into the home of any fan, the game has even expanded into a unique drop series called Secret Lair, where collections of themed cards are released to fans of the game.
One of the biggest brands with the honor of crossing over with the card game is The Walking Dead franchise! Coinciding with a special event that crosses over the two properties, Secret Lair will have fans dying for the upcoming set!
Beginning on October 4th, The Walking Dead Secret Lair drop will feature a collection of all-premium-foil cards that plan to be released up until the official release date, leaving the final card for the player to find (preorders run from Oct. 4th to the 12th.). From there, the event continues by coinciding with the release of the Secret Lair drop with AMC’s “We Are The Walking Dead Weekend,” which will kick-off with The Walking Dead's The Whisperer War Final Showdown at 9/8c. The Walking Dead: World Beyond will premiere after the special event at 10/9c and will wrap up with Talking Dead at 11/10c, which will include an unboxing of the card collection as preorders kick-off at 11:30 pm ET.
