It was just recently revealed by the official
Sonic the Hedgehog Twitter account that an upcoming episode of
OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes will be featuring Sonic and Tails, as Sega and Cartoon Network team up for a crossover episode.
As revealed in the announcement, the
OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes and
Sonic the Hedgehog crossover episode will air on
Sunday the 4th of August on Cartoon Network, and will see Sonic and Miles "Tails" Prower showing up at Gar's Hero Supply & Bodega.
The episode in question will be very appropriately titled "Let's Meet Sonic" and, according to the synopsis, Enid and Rad have stayed up all night playing Sonic games when the real Sonic and Tails show up at the Bodega — only they're too tired to stay awake and will likely not even get to meet their heroes in real life.
