Considering that
Batman: Arkham Knight, Rocksteady's latest game, launched in 2015, and we haven't heard anything about the developer's next thing ever since, many fans of the studio and its take on
Batman have been wondering about their next project – with some of those fans claiming that it's a
Superman game, a
Batman Family-centered project, or maybe even a
Justice League live-service title.
While we still know nothing about the game, some 4Chan, Reddit, and ResetEra (a real c-c-c-combo breaker) users have posted some details on it, but it's hard to say if they are grounded in reality.
Apparently, Rocksteady's new game is titled
Outlaws, with its leaked logo and promotional artwork hinting at the game's official reveal on Friday, April 26th. The aforementioned art, that was posted on 4Chan on Sunday, puts the stoplight on a Gotham-like city with the Wayne Enterprises building standing tall in the background, suggesting that Mr. Wayne may play a role in the upcoming game.
Given that WB. Interactive Entertainment's
Mortal Kombat 11 launches today, revealing the company's next game might be a good move, especially with E3 2019 being on the horizon, Unfortunately, while it would be really nice to learn more about
Outlaws (or however it's called) this Friday, nothing has been officially announced, so consider everything reported on this subject nothing more than a basic rumor.
