The team at Saber Interactive is currently working hard on the
World War Z adaptation, their upcoming zombie co-op shooter that finally releases this Tuesday, but the game's publisher Focus Home Interactive has already revealed that the studio is also developing two yet-to-be-announced titles.
According to a recently released artwork featuring all 12 games that will be published by Focus Home in the future, one of the games Saber is currently developing will be a racing title – a rather brutal one at that. Given that Saber made 2018's
Spintires: MudRunner for the same publisher, there's a big chance that the New Jersey-based game developer is creating a new entry in the main
Spintires series.
Moving on to the second project, it's most definitely an all-new
Warhammer 40,000 title, as the aforementioned artwork features the twin-headed Imperial Aquilia symbol accompanied by the words “
Protect. Redeem. Purge,” which pretty much sounds like something every Space Marine could say.
Furthermore, there are two more
Warhammer games in the works at the S
pace Hulk: Deathwing makers from Streum On Studio and Gasket Games, and both will be published by Focus. While Gasket, founded by the developers who worked on
Dawn of War and
Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, is making an
Age of Sigmar RTS, Streum's new project will be a more traditional shooter featuring the Inquisition.
While we're still waiting for more details, take a closer look at Focus Home Interactive’s line-up below:
Powered by Saber’s dynamic Swarm Engine, World War Z unleashes hundreds of fast-moving, bloodthirsty zombies at a time on players in a nail-biting action experience around the world, including New York, Moscow, Jerusalem and more. Play in co-op with up to 3 friends using six distinct classes and an arsenal of deadly weapons, explosives, turrets and traps to demolish the undead menace and survive another day.
World War Z launches April 16 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC (via Epic Games Store).
