GKIDS has unveiled the complete product lineup and release dates for the home entertainment release of Riot Games' ARCANE. The popular animated series will be available in a definitive, limited-run Collector's Edition, 4K UHD and Standard Edition SteelBook Editions, a Blu-Ray Standard Edition, and Digital Download-to-Own. Pre-orders for all editions are currently open.
ARCANE's Limited-Run Collector's Edition is housed in a sturdy clamshell box adorned with original artwork and includes all nine episodes in stunning 4K resolution, mastered in Dolby Vision HDR. Additionally, the set features the episodes on standard Blu-Ray discs. Exclusive to the Collector's Edition are several new merchandise items, including a double-sided poster with artwork from Piltover's "Progress Day" defaced by Jinx on one side, six art cards featuring Powder's illustrations, Caitlyn Kiramann's map of Piltover, and an extensive dice set comprising a Hexcore-inspired d20 die, seven liquid core resin dice inspired by Hex crystals, a protective pouch, and a decorative dice box. Limited to 6,500 copies for North America, this edition will be released on October 22, 2024, and is available exclusively through the GKIDS and Riot Games' stores.
The 4K UHD SteelBook comes in an eye-catching Jinx-themed package and includes the complete nine-episode series on three 4K UHD discs, along with a Blu-ray disc featuring over three hours of bonus content. The Standard SteelBook edition, featuring a Vi-themed outer package, includes the nine-episode series and identical bonus content on three discs. The Standard Blu-ray edition presents the series and bonus features across three Blu-ray discs. Both SteelBook editions and the Standard Blu-ray edition will be released on October 8, 2024. All physical editions come with exclusive bonus features, including conversations with key creative talent and writers, detailed scene breakdowns from Fortiche studio's animation staff, making of videos, and more.
