MSI 2025: Everything You Need to Know About the League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational
The 2025 League of Legends Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) is here, and it’s bigger than ever. Beginning June 27 at Vancouver’s Pacific Coliseum, MSI 2025 brings together 10 elite teams from five global regions to battle for international glory, valuable Worlds qualification slots, and bragging rights on the biggest stage so far this season. Here’s a breakdown of everything fans need to know.
MSI 2025 Schedule & Format
MSI runs in two stages:
Play-In Stage
Dates: June 27–29
Match Start Times:
5 PM PDT / 2 AM CEST (+1) / 8 AM CST (+1)
On June 27–28: 12 PM PDT / 9 PM CEST / 3 AM CST (+1)
Bracket Stage
Dates: July 1–5 & July 7–12
Format: Double Elimination Bracket
Match times mirror the Play-In schedule, with select early matches beginning at 12 PM PDT.
Qualified Teams by Region
China (LPL): Anyone’s Legend, Bilibili Gaming
Korea (LCK): Gen.G, T1
Europe (LEC): Movistar KOI, G2 Esports
Americas (LTA): FlyQuest, FURIA
Asia Pacific (LCP): CTBC Flying Oyster, GAM Esports
Bracket Stage Draw Mechanics
Bracket placement is determined through four seeding tiers. Rules prevent teams from the same region landing on the same side of the bracket. Depending on which two teams advance from Play-Ins, one of six scenarios is used, with only some requiring a draw to finalize matchups.
Confirmed locked placements:
LCK1 & LTA1 on one side
LEC1 & LCK2 on the other
Scenarios are efficiently organized to limit randomness and ensure fair play.

Spirit Blossom Hwei: Revenue Share Skin
Spirit Blossom Hwei is the MSI 2025 commemorative skin. RP options:
