The first Last of Us game from Naught Dog had players dying for a sequel after the original’s story left room for future installments. And while we’ve known for a while that Last of Us Part II would be coming, we’ve seen little from the post-apocalyptic game.
But that all changed at Sony’s showcase during E3. During the presentation, Sony and Naughty Dog dropped a massive 11-minute long trailer that revealed a ton of new gameplay footage featuring Ellie. Plus, we received a much better look at the story in the game, as we see an older Ellie in a heartfelt relationship before the gameplay video shifts and show’s the newly playable character brutally taking out unlucky foes.
