Yesterday, we finally got a brand new trailer for The Last of Us Part II during PlayStation's State of Play presentation. We were given our best look yet at what to expect from the highly anticipated sequel. As well as the return of beloved characters and introductions of new ones, the trailer showed off the stunning visuals of The Last of Us Part II.

The apocalypse has simply never looked so good. Players are truly in for one of the most graphically impressive games of all time. Following the release of the exciting trailer, PlayStation and Naughty Dog have released some official stills of some of its most amazing moments.

In these high quality, new screenshots (via PlayStation Asia), we can see Ellie's new look, Joel in all his glory, starkly different environments, horseback riding, and Dina taking on a terrifying Clicker. As is mentioned in the corner of each still, they were captured on a PlayStation Pro console — meaning that they look as best as they can. You can check them all out below.
