FINAL FANTASY VII Will Make Its Way To The Switch "Soon"
Developer Square's role-playing video game, Final Fantasy VII, will make its way to the Nintendo Switch "soon". Here are the details on the game's future for the Switch.
Publisher Nintendo has announced that the popular role-playing game Final Fantasy VII will be available for the Nintendo Switch "soon". The company released a short commercial where the game is seen being played in the hybrid console and has the description "Final Fantasy VII coming soon!".
The game's developer as well as publisher, Square Enix, has spoken about bringing the game to the Nintendo Switch, the same day it revealed that two titles, Final Fantasy X and X-2, would be available as remasters for the console. The company never gave a solid release date, all they said was "2019". However, "coming soon" at least narrows it down to the first half of the year? What do you think?
Final Fantasy VII is directed by Yoshinori Kitase with Nobuo Uematsu serving as the composer. The game is programmed by Ken Narita and was originally released on January 31, 1997 and has the option for single-player mode only.
