Weiss Schwarz is getting a Steam store page. The English Bushiroad account posted the link and told people to wishlist Weiss Schwarz Online ahead of a spring 2027 window on Steam and Nintendo Switch.

The digital game splits into two verisons. Weiss Edition lists Aogiri High School, Kadokawa Sneaker Bunko, The Quintessential Quintuplets, and BanG Dream! MyGO!!!!!. Schwarz Edition lists The Idolmaster: Shiny Colors, Sword Art Online, Touhou Project, and BanG Dream! again. Older announcement copy had Ave Mujica on the black side. The live PR sheet uses the BanG Dream! line without breaking out which band pack is in which cart. Treat the four-title lists as the current official load.

Languages at launch: Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Spanish. FURYU and LANCARSE develop. Bushiroad publishes. Steam already shows single-player, online PvP, achievements, cloud, leaderboards, and partial Xbox controller support. Price is not up. The page is where you can wishlist it now.

Modes for the game are the usual digital TCG stack plus a school story. You play Hinata Amamiya, a second-year transfer at Tenkou Academy. A girl named Ruu teaches the game. The school settles fights with Weiss Schwarz. White Squad is order. Black Squad is freedom. Hinata has a month to pick a side. Story wins unlock more CPU opponents. CPU Fight has three difficulties. Online is Free Fight, Ranked Fight, and Room Fight with a shared ID.

Wins pay WSP. The shop trades those points for packs, decks, and supplies. Steam flags in-game purchases. Replies under the English post already reached for the Cardfight!! Vanguard Dear Days comparison: a million DLC boxes. Bushiroad has not published a live set roadmap beyond those eight properties. What is in the first cart and what is paid later is the question the page does not answer.

The physical game is 18 years old and sells itself as the TCG with the most licensed titles. Digital Weiss is how you play those faces without a local shop. Tutorials and CPU exist because paper Weiss is a rules wall. The Steam copy leans on that beginner path.

Switch is still in the Japanese product sheet next to Steam. The English tweet linked only the PC store. Same spring 2027 window. The project slipped from a 2026 fall target to where it is at now.

If you already live in paper Weiss, the edition split is the buy decision. Quintuplets and MyGO on white. SAO and Touhou on black. If you have never clocked a climax combo, the academy story is the on-ramp. Wishlist if you want the patch notes in your Steam client. The first real deck list is still months out.

Are you buying Weiss Edition for the Quintuplets cards, or Schwarz Edition for Sword Art Online and Touhou? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
