Nintendo legend Shigeru Miyamoto is not good at sports but enjoys watching them, it's a secret as to whether the "
Master Sword" can break in
Breath of the Wild and the game takes place chronologically after
Ocarina of Time. These were but a few of the revelations shared by Miyamoto and his Zelda collaborator Eiji Aonuma during their rapid-fire Q&A session with Game Informer to promote the upcoming release of
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
Probably the most interesting reveal is that like his fellow Nintendo icon Mario Mario, Link's full name is Link Link.
ABOUT THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: BREATH OF THE WILD
Link awakens from a deep sleep, and a mysterious voice guides him to the now-ruined Kingdom of Hyrule. He meets an old man and learns that a century prior, Calamity Ganon appeared and laid waste to Hyrule. Unable to be defeated, it was sealed within Hyrule Castle while the ruins were ravaged by nature over time. Although trapped, the Calamity Ganon has continued to grow in power, and Link must defeat it before it breaks free and destroys the world.
