Halo Infinite has a "holiday 2020" release window and seeing as how we're about to turn the page to new year, 343 Industries has shared some new concept art for what will undoubtedly be one of next year's biggest games.

Two new images were shared, both offering a memorizing look into the future of the Halo franchise. The first features Master Chief approaching what looks to be the same hologram from the E3 2019 teaser where we heard Cortana say, "I chose you because you were special. I knew we would be perfect together. And I was right." The second image is also from that same trailer, showing off a broken Halo ring.

Not much is known about Halo Infinite's plot right now, only that it'll continue the story from Halo 5: Guardians. According to 343, "It follows the Master Chief's story some time after Halo 5: Guardians' conclusion."

The images are vague but also intriguing enough to to spark some conversation about what will unfold in the next chapter of Halo.

Halo Infinite will launch during Holiday 2020 for Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
