PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds hasn't had the smoothest launch on Xbox, but the developers are working hard to ensure it's the best it can be. With that said, the first "Client Side" patch of 2018 is on its way. Taking to the game's
forums, the developers provided a quick update for Xbox One players.
"We’ve finalized our list of fixes for our first “Client Side” patch of 2018. This next patch is focused on addressing known crashes as well as providing some quality of life improvements and gameplay adjustments."
The patch was on track to be submitted to Microsoft Certification today, so if all goes well we'll get more specifics regarding the actual release timing as well as the content of the patch later this week.
Despite performance issues, PUBG has been incredibly popular on Xbox One, and even became the fourth most-played game on the system in late December.
