Just two days after its launch, Call of Duty: Mobile had been downloaded 20 million across both iOS and Android devices. Now that ten days have passed since the game's launch, according to Sensor Tower (via CNBC) the mobile first-person shooter has reportedly been downloaded over 100 million times.

To put such an amount of downloads into perspective; Player Unknown's Battlegrounds only amassed 28 million downloads within its first week and, similarly, Fortnite was only downloaded 26.3 million times. Pokemon GO and Mario Kart Tour are the only two games that come anywhere close to the 100 million feat — with 85.5 million and 90 million downloads respectively.

Of course, Call of Duty is a massive and popular franchise so this outcome should have been expected. However, it was the first mobile entry in the long-running series and the impressive amount of downloads doesn't even include the Chinese market as the game hasn't yet released there — as was pointed out by, Niko Partners senior analyst, Daniel Ahmad on Twitter (@ZhugeEX).

Call of Duty®: Mobile is a new free-to-play game that brings together the maps, weapons and characters from across the Call of Duty® series in the definitive first-person action experience on mobile.

Call of Duty: Mobile is out now for iOS and Android devices.
