Hyper Light Drifter, Heart Machine's crittically acclaimed 2D action rpg — or how the developer actually describes it, a slash' em up — will be releasing for iOS mobile devices tomorrow.
The iOS version of the game, however, will be the
Hyper Light Drifter Special Edition — which is a more polished and refined version of the original game that also includes the Tower Challenge that, upon completion, grants players with a new outfit that helps them find hidden weapons and items.
According to the game's description on the
App Store,
Hyper Light Drifter Special Edition will run at 120fps on the iPad Pro and 60fps on iPhone and regular iPad, although it does require iOS 12.0 or later versions, and will cost $4.99.
