New Poster And Footage Released For 2018's POKEMON Anime Film

The new 2018 anime film, Pokemon the Movie: Everyone's Story will follow 2017's direction and feature a new cast of supporting characters for Ash and Pikachu in a story that's not directly tied to the current or previous TV animes.

Below, you can check out a new TV spot and poster for the film, which hits Japanese theaters this Friday.  There's definitely a Studio Ghibli vibe to the look of the film, which is a  joint-venture between Wit Studio, the makers of Attack on Titan and OLM, the long-running anime studio behind Pokemon that's produced over 1,000 episodes.
