Capcom is very well know for doing collaborations with other big franchises; from by companies such as Marvel Comics, to doing smaller-scale collaborations with their own intellectual properties.
One of these aforementioned collaborations is with nWay Games'
Power Rangers: Legacy Wars, where players have been able to play as both characters from the
Power Rangers series and Capcom's critically acclaimed
Street Fighter series.
In July of last year, Capcom and nWay started doing something different with these characters, as they introduced a Ryu that had the ability to morph into a Ranger by making use of the Morphin Grid, and today they have announced that Chun-Li is also entering the Grid and morphing into the Phoenix Ranger.
With the announcement, developer nWay released an action-packed trailer, as well as some in-game screenshots, that gives us a look at Chun-Li's Phoenix Ranger — which has become available today.
Take a look:
Rita Repulsa, the space witch, has infected the Morphin Grid! Enter the Morphin Grid, defeat Rita Repulsa and reestablish the connection to the Power. Fight back with your own team of legendary Power Rangers and villains from the multiverse in real-time head-to-head battles! Unlock new Rangers, upgrade your best warriors and create the best team to defeat Rita, and save the Morphin Grid.
Power Rangers: Legacy Wars is currently available for iOS and Android devices.
