It's finally July, and the Destroy All Humans! remake is finally becoming available in a few more weeks. The announcement was made in June of last year, and it was immediately well-received by fans of the original title, as well as the Destroy All Humans! series in general.
Destroy All Humans! Path of the Furon was the latest entry in the series to release, all the way back in 2008, and even then that game was poorly received by fans, so a remake of the first game was definitely the much-needed breath of fresh air that fans were waiting for.
This brand-new Destroy All Humans! will not only bring the series back from the death, but it may also open the door to a proper sequel down the line. Before that happens, though, the new game needs to be positively received by fans and newcomers to the series.
By the looks of it, THQ Nordic and developer Black Forest Games have perfectly captured the tone and feel of the original game, which is the most important step for the Destroy All Humans! remake to succeed, and every trailer the developers release is further proof of this.
Today's brand-new gameplay trailer for the soon-to-be-released Destroy All Humans! remake is introducing players to Crypto's Disintegrator Ray, which is one of the beloved chracter's weapons of choice; a weapon that will likely become the player's favourite, too.
Take a look:
