In Just Cause 4, the player will fight for the freedom of Solis, a vast South American world home of conflict, oppression and extreme weather conditions. The series main protagonist, Rico Rodriguez, will lead the rebellion to defeat the Black Hand, a military organization responsible for the peaceful century’s troubles, and its ruthless leader Gabriela Morales, Rico's toughest opponent so far.

IGN continues its extended coverage of Just Cause 4, as their latest "Army of Chaos: Causing Chaos" video spotlights the different ways Rico can persuade the people of Solis to join the resistance. They won't be joining your army until you've done enough and the easiest way to please them is Rico's talent to cause chaos, as Just Cause 4 gives the player even more tools to take The Black Hand down.

For the first time in the acclaimed series, Rico will manage his human resources like a full-blown commander, adding a valuable strategy layer to the explosive extravaganza. Liberating Solis won't be an easy task, as Just Cause 4's huge map is divided into four big sections and the player's main quest is pushing forward on all the fronts.
