Check Out The SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER Box Art And Limited Editions Ahead Of The Game's Full Reveal Tomorrow

Shadow of the Tomb Raider was announced a few weeks ago and we're still patiently waiting for the game's full reveal that will happen tomorrow. Hopefully, Squere Enix will let us learn a bit more about the third chapter of the rebooted Tomb Raider series this time. The rumor says that Crystal Dynamics is too busy with the works on the Avengers game and Shadow is being developed by Eidos Montreal.

ResetEra user NeoRaider seems to have an early access to the game's promotional material and was kind enough to share his resources with the community. Thanks to this NeoRaider, we have a cover of French magazine JeuxVideo, which features more mature Lara (who also doesn't look like Ms. Croft from Rise at all), two detailed photos of an exposition that spotlights five different editions of the upcoming game and also a special steelbook with a nice Mayan ornament.

NeoRaider has also posted a small fragment of Shadow of the Tomb Raider's synopsis: "The survivors and ultimate survivors of Yamataï Island, Sam, Reyes and Jonah will join the fearless archaeologist in this adventure that will trace the crucial moment when she will become Tomb Raider ..." It looks like Lara's crew from the two precious back will return and it should make the fandom more than happy.

Experience Lara Croft’s defining moment as she becomes the Tomb Raider.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 14th.
