After inheriting the developer mantle from Crystal Dynamics, its clear that Eidos Montreal intends to make a game that's familiar yet with a few enhancements to the overall experience. A new trailer, showcasing a fresh and expansive new hub world, has been revealed.  Titled Paititi, this new environment is the largest ever for a Tomb Raider game.

Paititi is untouched by modern civilisation and is broken up into multiple districts. This allows the player to leisurely explore the setting and discover various sidequests and tombs. In addition, the marketplace offers an opportunity for trade in order to acquire new items.

Finally, Lara's exploration abilities are demonstrated as she decipher's murals and further via the game's immersion mode which enable her to communicate with various NPCs in their native language.

Check out the walkthrough below and let us know if you are excited for the latest entry in the Tomb Raider series.
