As if to counter the recent National Dog Day trailer, a brand-new TV spot for Shadow of the Tomb Raider features a ton of gritty action from the upcoming video game.

Like any good trailer, TV spot, or promo, this piece of marketing avoids spoiling the story of the new Tomb Raider game by recycling footage featured in previous promos. That said, there's still a fair amount of fresh footage to see.

Furthermore, if you're still not sold on the upcoming title, the action-packed preview features plenty of excitement that should hook players. Likewise, the spot provides some more insight into Lara Croft's character arc, as Shadow of the Tomb Raider will see her deal with the consequences of her actions.
