With every bit of information that Ubisoft has revealed about the recently announced Assassin's Creed Valhalla, fans get even more convinced that this game is exactly what the series needed. Assassin's Cred Odyssey is very well regarded by fans of the series, but many felt like the game was somewhat unfocused.
To be quite fair, fan complaints have been quite reasonable. For this reason, Ubisoft has actually been listening, and have revealed that Assassin's Creed Valhalla will not be the longest, nor the biggest entry in the long-running Assassin's Creed series.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla may even be a proper return to form for the series, and exactly what fans have been asking for all of these years, as new information officially shared by Ubisoft has recently revealed.
According to Creative Director for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, Ashraf Ismail, the classic Assassin hood and cloack are making a comeback — after not being present in Assassin's Creed Odyssey — which players will be able to manually activate.
Alongside the Assassin hood and cloak — and this is where things get even more interesting — Assassin's Creed Valhalla is also bringing the social stealth element from previous entries; giving players the proper Assassin's Creed experience they've been clamouring for.
