Assassin's Creed Odyssey is the latest entry in Ubisoft's popular
Assassin's Creed series, which will be coming out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the
5th of October.
Today we have found out that Ubisoft has been collaborating with Amazon in order to bring the new Spartan Skill to Alexa: Amazon's virtual assistant.
With
Assassin's Creed Odyssey featuring Alexios as one of its main characters, Ubisoft and Amazon decided it would be fun to have a new
Assassin's Creed-themed Alexa device that resembles the Spartan helmet Alexios and Kassandra wear in the new game.
This new Alexios device will be available on the 2nd of October for players who pre-ordered
Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Unlike Alexa, Alexios will have a Spartan-like attitude, and that Spartan swagger of the in-game character. Amazon's Alexios will also be able to provide historical background and information on various locations within the
Assassin's Creed Odyssey game—making the player's odyssey a more immersive experience.
