God of War Ragnarok's Thor is getting a collectible that is every bit as huge as the God of Thunder himself. Prime 1 Studio has opened pre-orders for a 1/3 scale Thor statue in its Real Elite Masterline series, and it comes with a price tag to match.

The regular version of the statue costs $1,599 and is limited to just 100 units, while a Deluxe Bonus Version with extra parts costs $1,999 and is limited to 299 units. Prime 1 currently lists both versions as expected to ship between November 2026 and February 2027.

A Statue Built To Match Thor's Size

Prime 1 Studio's take on Thor is based on the bulky, battle-worn version of the character from Santa Monica Studio's God of War Ragnarok. According to the official listing, the statue stands about 105cm (roughly 41 inches) tall, 83cm wide, and 61cm deep, and the regular version weighs approximately 55kg, or about 121 pounds. It is so large that Prime 1 expects to ship each one across three separate cartons.

The listing describes Thor as "a destroyer burdened by sorrow," and the sculpt leans into that idea. Thor's piercing eyes, the scar under one eye, his tattoos, and his messy hair and beard are all recreated in detail, along with his layered leather armor, belts, and weathered metal pieces. He also wears a removable fabric cloak, and his hammer Mjolnir features LED lighting.

The base is just as elaborate as the figure. Thor stands on a frozen tundra with Huginn and Muninn taking flight around him, while a towering stone statue of his father Odin rises behind him. Prime 1 says the Odin statue is meant to represent the crushing burden placed on Thor as a god of Asgard, which fits neatly with his story in the game.

What Comes With The Deluxe Bonus Version?

Collectors who go for the $1,999 Deluxe Bonus Version get a lot more display options. That version includes:

  • Two swappable heads, with serious and angry expressions
  • Three swappable left arms, showing Mjolnir down, raised, and being recalled
  • A removable fabric cloak and a head stand
  • LED light-up features for the angry eyes, the left-arm Mjolnir, and a summoning effect
  • A separate display model of Mjolnir as an exclusive bonus

Displaying Thor in the Mjolnir recall pose raises his height to around 118cm, and the full Deluxe Bonus Version weighs about 57kg. At the time of writing, Prime 1's store lists only a few spots remaining for the Deluxe Bonus Version, while the regular version has moved to a waitlist.

A Few Things To Keep In Mind

Prime 1 points out that the photos on its listing show prototype samples, so the final product may look slightly different. The company also warns that the size could change by up to 10% and the weight by up to 10kg during production, since each piece is handmade. The power supply method for the LED features has not been decided yet either, so buyers may need to supply batteries or USB cables depending on what Prime 1 settles on.

Thor follows Kratos into the Real Elite Masterline lineup, and Prime 1 has produced several other large God of War statues over the years, including Atreus, Young Kratos, and Master Thyself Kratos. Pieces like these are aimed squarely at serious collectors, and the small edition sizes mean they rarely stick around for long.

Thor was one of the standout characters in God of War Ragnarok when it launched in November 2022, thanks in large part to Ryan Hurst's performance and a design that broke away from the more familiar version of the character seen in movies and comics. A statue this size is a fitting tribute to one of the series' most memorable villains.

Would you spend extra on the Deluxe Bonus Version of Prime 1's Thor statue, or is the regular version more than enough for your collection?
