It has been revealed today that an update on Facebook Messenger has added a long list of classic arcade games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Space Invaders. However, in an interesting twist, they've been redesigned with a multiplayer element which will allow you to play them with your friends in real time. They're traditionally single player titles, but it makes sense that these changes have been made.
As of right now, the games are live in a closed beta, but when that will open up hasn't been revealed. This is a smart move by Facebook to keep its users glued to their online chat service, especially when there are so many competitors out there. Have the games been added to your Messenger yet?
