Victor Vran is an action role-playing game in a similar vein of acclaimed titles such as
Diablo. Developed by Bulgarian independent studio Haemimont Games, it was initially released in July of 2015 on Steam as an Early Access title that in 2017 would get an updated port—in the form of
Victor Vran: Overkill Edition—for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Victor Vran: Overkill Edition added a
Motörhead expansion called
Motörhead Through The Ages, which features three new worlds inspired by the English rock-band. These new worlds are based on some album covers from Motörhead and will see players rocking to their awesome music, as well as getting guitar weapons and Lemmy-inspired outfits. The
Overkill Edition also featured another expansion called
Fractured Worlds, which consists of a wide variety of randomly generated dungeons that change on a daily basis.
A Nintendo Switch port of the
Victor Vran: Overkill Edition was announced earlier this year and today we got a new head-banging trailer for it, as well as the official release date for the game—which is coming out on the
28th of August. As expected for the
Overkill Edition, the trailer shows off Victor Vran slaying hordes of enemies to Motörhead's
Ace of Spades.
Victor Vran lets you decide how to play the game. Forge your own personal version of Victor thanks to a vast array of powerful weapons, game-changing outfits, wicked demon powers and destiny cards.
Victor Vran: Overkill Edition will be available for the Nintendo Switch on the 28th of August.
