Watch_Dogs 2's altered ending was hinting at the series' future, teasing that DedSec, a secret hacking collective and the main anti-heroes of the games' universe, will be coming to London next. In April, Ubisoft’s gaming assistant AI brought players the ultimate proof that Watch_Dogs 3 exists, saying "from the last early build I tried it’s very solid. The Dev team works wonders! Can’t wait for you to try it!"
Ubisoft quickly deleted that automatic response, but it looks like Sam is not done teasing Watch_Dogs 3 just yet. According to Reddit users (via YouTuber UbiCentral who basically covers everything Ubisoft-related), the AI recently answered a fan's question about the current state of Watch_Dogs 3 with the following quote: "They" will come. Or "He". There's a debate about that. But who cares."
Although we have no idea who "He" is, it's safe to say that Sam refers to DedSec while mentioning "They." Considering that the protagonists of both Watch_Dogs games were men, there's a chance that WD3's main hero will also be a male, or maybe even we will see the return of Aiden Pearce, the vigilante from 2012's game, who was far more charismatic than WD2's Marcus Holloway despite his character flaws. At the time of writing Ubisoft hasn't revealed any official info regarding Watch_Dogs 3.
