A Second Season For Telltale's BATMAN Series Has Been Announced With An Epic Trailer
Telltale has announced a slew of new content recently, and included in that bundle of news is the announcement that Batman will be getting a second season. Click the jump for more details.
Among the announcements coming out of Telltale's camp, the news that the second season of their hit Batman series was more or less to be expected. The season is titled "The Enemy Within", and will feature an appearance from The Riddler and John Doe aka The Joker, a character that first made an appearance in the first season. Troy Baker has also been confirmed to return this season as the game's lead Bruce Wayne.
How The Riddler and Joker come into play for the storyline is still up in the air, but there are plenty of storylines that involve both characters that may be the inspiration for this season, especially DC's New 52 Batman series titled "Endgame" which essentially featured The Riddler holding Gotham hostage. Here's to hoping this season of Batman will be as interesting as that.
About Batmen: The Enemy Within
In this latest chapter, both Bruce Wayne and Batman will be forced into precarious new roles. The Riddler has returned to terrorize Gotham City, but his gruesome puzzles merely foreshadow an even greater crisis. With the arrival of a ruthless federal agent and the return of a still nascent Joker, Batman must navigate uneasy alliances while Bruce Wayne undertakes a perilous series of deceptions. Which of Batman's new allies will you choose to trust? And how deep into the darkness will you let Bruce descend?
