"Here Come The Girls" in the latest trailer for NetherRealm's Injustice 2 which reveals that Catwoman and Cheetah will be playable characters. New gameplay for Poison Ivy and Black Canary is also unveiled.

Injustice 2 has revealed that Cheetah and Catwoman are the newest ladies joining the fighting game sequel. While Cheetah only appeared briefly in the Injustice prequel comic, Catwoman is a returning playable character and played a key role in the prequel comic.

While Catwoman started out as a member of Batman's Insurgency, she switched sides and joined High Councilor Superman's super-powered militia when the corrupt Man of Steel threatened her beloved Caped Crusader.  Though Batman knew why she switched sides, he was still disappointed in her decision.  It will be interesting to see if their relationship has been mended in the five years since Regime Superman was defeated.
