Ubisoft's
Starlink: Battle for Atlas is a game that will see players joining the Starlink Initiative in order to save the Atlas system from the Forgotten Legion. The game was released yesterday for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
Besides the very premise of the game, Ubisoft's
Starlink: Battle for Atlas' main selling point is the ability to fully customise the spaceships on the fly. Quite literally, as well, since physical copies of the game come with a special controller mount, and a spaceship toy with its special parts that give each starship a very unique appearance and weaponry.
Starlink: Battle for Atlas allows players to try out different combinations when engaging in dogfights. The process is very seamless and allows players to quickly adjust to any situation. Every available ship has its own unique set of abilities that sets them apart from the rest, that plus all of the other parts that can be added to these ships make every single on of these combinations unique.
Customisation alone, the game looks very promising, and we get a new trailer that gives us a better idea how versatile customisation is in Ubisoft's
Starlink: Battle for Atlas.
Take a look:
Lead a group of heroic interstellar pilots who use modular starships to mix and match their unique gear and skills on the fly. Travel the star system to unite the galaxy against villainous destructive forces.
