Agony is a first-person survival horror game currently in development at Madmind Studio, a relatively small team of only 9 talented developers who previously worked on The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Tom Clancy's The Division, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, and Alien Rage. Players will begin their unforgettable journey as tormented soul within the dark depths of hell without any memories about his past.
You will have one advantage, the special ability to control people and other creatures on your path, and even possess simple minded demons, which gives the player the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions they are in. By exploring hostile environment and interacting with the other weary souls of the hellscape, your alter ego will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require a meeting of the mystical Red Goddess, the main antagonist of Agony.
Agony was funded on Kickstarter back in November 2016 and faced a delay in March to support every gamer with "the best possible experience" no matter which platform they use. Agony will also give you a chance to compete with other players in the special mode, Agony, which is a form of a multiplayer mode where you will interact with other lost souls in the procedurally generated environment.
