Disturbing
Agony will be finally released next week. The horror game is being made by a relatively small team of only 9 talented developers who previously worked on
The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Tom Clancy's The Division, Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, and
Alien Rage. Their (hopefully) big debut will give you a chance to visit hell. To be more precise - to successfully get the hell out from it.
To escape from this horror, you'll have to meet Red Goddess, the main antagonist of the game. It's hard to say what role she has to play in
Agony, but it's rather obvious that he's not going to make our journey any easier.
Agony was funded on Kickstarter back in November 2016 and faced a delay in March to support every gamer with "
the best possible experience" no matter which platform they use.
It looks like
Agony will also give you a chance to compete with other players and it's the main focus of the latest gameplay trailer. This special mode called simply
Agony, is a form of a multiplayer mode where you will interact with other lost, poor souls in the procedurally generated, hostile environment. Just try to remember that your main quest is survival and hope is a mistake. Take a look:
Agony is a first-person survival horror game currently in development. Players will begin their journey as tormented soul within the depths of hell without any memories about his past. The special ability to control people on their path, and even possess simple minded demons, gives the player the necessary measures to survive in the extreme conditions they are in. By exploring hostile environment and interacting with the other weary souls of the hellscape, the hero will soon understand that there is only one way to escape from Hell, and it will require a meeting of the mystical Red Goddess.
Agony will be released on May 29, 2018 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
