The post-apocalyptic free-to-play MMO Crossout has released its new update containing gfx engine updates, the introduction of clan battles and more armored vehicles. Players can create their own vehicle while upgrading it as the game goes on and even customize the way it looks.

This new update is called New Sky and also brings an update to its illumination system. This new system makes the sky and shadows look better or more realistic. The video you can find down below shows how the clouds, light from the sun and other things change.

The time of day will be changing as well as the level of light from the sun. This will make the fights between players look more realistic as the setting where they fight will dynamically change as time goes on. The clan battles will have players battle it out until each side has won two times. Uranium ore will be the prize and it will be distributed among the first 60 players who got in the ladder.

Join the Open Beta of Crossout, the post-apocalyptic MMO Action game! Craft your unique battle machines from dozens of interchangeable parts and destroy your enemies in explosive PvP online battles!

Crossout is available for the PC via Steam
